Hi, my name is Albert, I’m 24 years old and I live in Vienna, Austria. I first started playing poker with friends at home 5 years ago. We only played for a couple of bucks back in the day, but it was really fun. At the beginning, I had absolutely no clue about how to play poker but of course I thought I was good. After playing for a couple of years, I understood that if I wanted to become a good player and make serious money from it, I needed serious coaching from good players.
I always enjoyed reading blogs from poker players. After reading his blog for a couple of months, I saw that he and a couple of his friends were going to establish a poker training center in Costa Rica. That was the best thing that could happen to me at that time and I immediately knew that I had to become one of their students. After a while of talking to my brother about it and writing emails with one of the coaches named reef2287, who was really patient with me and my 1000 questions, my brother and I were ready to go.
The two weeks with Spacegravy, Reef2287, Facestealer and all of the other guys in the house were some of the best times in my life. I have learned so many new things about successfully grinding SNG’s and became pretty good in a short time. My game changed completely and I have made more money by grinding SNG’s for 1 month than I have made in my previous 4 years of playing online poker!
Also, these guys taught me a lot about the lifestyle of a poker player and stuff like money-management which is a kind of knowledge that you will probably never get unless you have the possibility to talk to such poker pros.
Looking back, I’m really happy and satisfied with my decision to get coached and I would definitely recommend that to everyone who wants to become good at poker and make some serious money. You simply can’t compare living in a house with pros for 2 weeks and get one-on-one coaching.
That’s about it, good luck to all u grinders out there!
Hello everyone, I’m 27 years old and I’m from Vienna, Austria. I had my first experience with poker five years ago when i used to play with friends at home. I really loved the game from the beginning and I began to dream big, imagining myself making a lot of money from poker.
Back in the day, I used to play a lot of live tourneys and cash games at the local casinos in Vienna and it was real fun. The games are really soft in Vienna. I soon started to play online on different sites like Full Tilt Poker and some random euro-sites. The last two years I played mainly on FTP, always trying to improve myself and actually making some good money here and there.
My brother told me that Spacegravy and some of his friends were about to start a Poker Training Center in Costa Rica where they coach people on everything that is important to become a great poker player. We both pretty quickly decided that if we want to really step up our game we have to get a coaching from some sick good players like Gravy and his crew.
After my brother set up everything for us, we were really pumped and ready to go! It was simply one of the best experiences that I have ever had in my life and I learned so much while I was there. You really gain a lot of knowledge about poker and of course other important things like money management, variance and not tilting (LOL it is possible to not tilt).
My life changed a lot since I came back home and I look at poker from a completely different perspective now. I’m really looking forward now to use all of my new learned skills on the tables, so I can become better and grow as a player and person. To every player out there that really wants to become good and make a living of poker, I would recommend to get a poker-coaching from the Spacegravy Poker Training Center. You guys will NOT regret your decision!!!
Good luck at the tables everyone, peace out!

I’m a 27 year old IT professional who discovered poker at 17 when the UK’s Late Night Poker series aired on television towards the end of the 90’s. I initially began playing free rolls and $1 STTs on Racing Post poker early 2000 before moving to, and beating, the low stakes $5 SNG s. My natural cautious approach set me apart from the gamblers in the game back then.
When I went to a university, poker went on the back burner until the moneymaker boom in 2003. It wasn’t until late 2008 before I began playing the game more seriously. I started reading books, studying the strategy and theory side of the game and even managed to bink a few MTT’s on the way. Due the demanding hours of my job and limited freetime, I soon stumbled into the world of turbo SNG’s where I quickly realized patience and playing tight were not enough to beat the games. My ABC poker game no longer seemed profitable, I realized poker had become all about how to play marginal spots optimally and mastering ICM. At this point, I decided I would try to pursue my ambition of one day becoming a poker professional. Along with some inspirational life events and the timing of Spacegravypoker, I decided to go see how some of the best players in the world approach and play the game both on and off the virtual felt in November 2009.
